Adult Behavior Management Day Programs

In Roads Creative Programs, Inc. offers a Community and site based Behavior Management Adult Day Program specifically designed to work with developmentally challenged adults who are experiencing severe behavioral challenges in other settings such as home, school, community, and / or supported work environments. Our goal is to change the way in which our consumers react mentally and physically to a given stimulus, therefore, the program strives to maintain a Therapeutic Environment that focuses on helping adults reach their full potential with the assistance of peers and staff that inspire them to quest for excellence.

The program provides environmental experiences that help foster growth and achievement with an emphasis on helping participants improve communication, social skills while providing further strengthening tools for success. The goal of each staff member is to create wisdom, integrity, insight, and social consciousness.

The Program is a licensed facility through the State of California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division and vendorized to service consumers associated with Inland Regional Center. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves as a Program Consultant and is on site weekly to provide individualized Program Planning for each consumer. The Staff are highly skilled and trained in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis and work within the Treatment Team providing support systems designed to meet the needs of each participant.

All Behavior Modification Treatment services are designed to change or reduce maladaptive behavior by means of techniques that include negative and positive reinforcement, imposing environmental limitations, goal setting, and conditioning. Other Specialized Services offered consist of the following:
