ADC Program

In-Roads Creative Programs, Inc provides an adult community/site-based program specifically designed for adults who are developmentally delayed and have medical challenges that prevent them from having the opportunities for employment and socialization as their peers.

Restricted Health Care 
Individuals who need medical restricted care plans for catheter, g-tubes, insulin dependent diabetes are welcomed. Other restricted care challenges are assessed on an individual bases.

Our Philosophy strives toward promoting the principles of quality experiences, real life exposure, and meaningful achievements of personal goals.

Our Adult Day Program is licensed by the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division. This program will assist adult consumers who would like the same employment oppurtunities that their non-disabled peers have. A Licensed Vocational Nurse will be on site during program hours to assist the consumers with their medical needs.
